What we offer:

Please be aware: Long lasting metabolic adaptation that enables greater magnitudes of athletic prowess and improves quality of life takes over 6 weeks of consistent training.

For this reason, we incentivize longer subscriptions over short ones ($80/wk vs $100/wk).

5 week blocks, rather than month-long blocks, are generally more rounded out, are easier to manage, and follow a more archetypical athletic regimen.

The Prime Pack

$500/5weeks · $900/10weeks · $1200/15weeks

The Prime Pack includes a periodized training regimen customized to your specific goals administrated virtually by our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (me) which will include form checks by video and tracking progress on qualified personal training software PT Distinction. The Prime Pack also includes personal nutrition coaching by a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (me) which involves tracking food intake through a detailed app, Cronometer, that will provide the information required to determine the quality of your diet and ensure that you are getting the fuel you need to achieve your athletic and general health goals.

Nutrition Coaching Only

$200/month

Perhaps you are happy with your current programming but want a little help on the diet side of things. Our Certified Sports Nutrition Coaches (me) are here to give you that edge. Facilitated by the app Cronometer, food tracking is more convenient and detailed than ever. This will provide information that we will use to ensure you are fueling your body as needed to achieve your athletic and general health goals.
